The Fracture Clinic is a very busy clinic with 7 doctors seeing patients there was the usual one to one and a half hour over-run for appointments. But even with the staff under great pressure, they continued to work efficiently.(though understandably, some found it hard to raise a smile). The doctor gave me his full attention, did his examination and gave me opportunity to ask questions.

Suggested improvements
The poor design of Queens hospital - with its maze of narrow corridors - would make this difficult, but provision of a water fountain in Team 1 area, would be useful. But even a notice indicating the site of a nearby one, and toilets as well, might be good.
