I came into Mayors B as requested by my GP. When I entered this department I was shown into the waiting room were there was no social distancing, having to sit there for approx two and a half hours before being seen by the triage nurse with more and more people entering the waiting room I really did not feel safe. Nurses were in and out of waiting room taking peoples stats whilst they were sitting amongst other patients. When I did get seen by a Dr after another long wait he came and spoke to to give me test results in front of other patients. The nurses did not commucate about. All seemed like they had a weight on their shoulders and these were staff that just started their shift.

Suggested improvements
Try and keep social distancing while pandemic is getting worse. More privacy when Dr's are talking to you, and nurses having more feelings after all we are all human beings.
