My details and symptoms were recorded incorrectly from the begining and even though I corrected them each time they did not update them. I was there due to vaccine side effects for which I was warned I could be at severe risk for. Due to my information being recorded wrongly, I had to keep informing them that I was at risk of a heart attack due to the time frame. I was told by 3 doctors it was impossible to be cause by a vaccine I had 4 months ago, to which I kept having to remind them it was 4 DAYS ago. 111 informed me I had to go to a+e, and then a+e told me I should have gone to my gp. When I was discharged from a+e they did not send my medical records to my gp by 8am the next day which is a legal requirement. I did not see the doctor that discharged me but I heard him talk to the nurse about it. It was a shock to the nurses when I asked what the next steps where when I was discharged. It was also a shock to find out I was still in severe pain.

Suggested improvements
Actually listened to me and record down what I said. I understand that they are overrun and that I had to wait 7 hours. But I believe that if my details were recorded down properly I could have been done within 5 hours. All I needed was an ECG due to being within the dangerous timeframe. But because of wrong information I was pushed to the back of the queue taking up valuable time and resources for you. I ended up wasting a lot more medical resources and time due to not being able to rest and recover and then having to contact my gp multiple times due to you not working to a quality standard that you are legally mandated to.
