Almost a 10/10 except told to be back by 2:20, arrived before 2:15, reception totally unmannered. Had to wait until almost 2:30 for someone to arrive and let us into this unit. So we were than 10 minutes late, quite stressful.
Suggested improvements
Co-ordinate staff to man recuption or provide a bell or some moans to get attention.
Care from operational - excellent.
