I am really happy and satisfied with the level of care and service I received from the staff here at Queens hospital. Every member of staff has been lovely in providing the right support needed at the right time.

Although this is something decided by QH management, visitor arrangements could have been better especially for patients staying at the hospital for more than 2 days. One another visitor at least could have been allowed at least for an hour to visit the patient especially in a postnatal labour ward.
