I was seen close to the appointment time and all ran smoothly, including collecting a prescription from the pharmacy.
Suggested improvements
The reception desk was understaffed so a queue built up. The staff on duty worked very hard but a new member who came to join them spent a lot of time faffing around instead of logging on and getting to work reducing the queue.
