I am completing this on behalf of my father who ended up on Clementine B ward for 5 weeks. He has dementia so I attended the ward on numerous occasions and also had regular contact with the staff on the ward. The did a great job in very difficult times. I always witnessed compassion and kindness for the patients they were looking after.
Suggested improvements
Continue/ensure the daily nursing and or medical updates as family at home often feel very isolated and fearful for their family member and no information is very difficult.
