The care received was, in my unmedical opinion, excellent and the communication good.staff apologised about the waiting times for each section of the hospital we attended that day.

Suggested improvements
As to be expected, we were at the hospital for over 8 hours. The care was marvellous but we waited over 2 hours for results of tests and to be discharged. A week later and we still haven’t received contact or appointments re further tests the Dr said the patient required at the stroke clinic. This I find worrying and upsetting.
