Tests carried out, diagnosed and treated so understood outcome


The process of queuing at one area, providing all your details, then queuing in another area, then being assessed, then being sent to majors in my instance was all a bit time consuming. There has got to be a quicker a more efficient way. Arranged appointment on line but this had no effect on arrival at A&E and other patients had done the same but still had to register again and go the thought process so this does not seem to be working.
