Reception, nursing staff, and clinicians helpful and kind,however the appointment times ( I have been attending the eye clinic for 15+ years)are never kept Seeing the consultant, in my case Miss Abeysiri ,is most often more than 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. This has got worse in the last few years and leads to much irritation and frustration by her patients.The nursing staff try to calm people down but there is nothing they can do to speed the system up Miss Abeysiri always apologises but nothing ever improves.

Whilst we are pleased that you found the nurses, clinicians and our reception staff very helpful and kind; we would like to apologise for the lengthy wait during your recent visit to the eye clinic.
