I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the postnatal ward and the entire TC team for the exceptional care and kindness both me and my baby received during our stay. From the emotional support to the medical care, every member of staff made us feel safe, cared for, and truly looked after during such an important and vulnerable time. The team was absolutely amazing, and we were so impressed by the level of compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout our experience. Unfortunately, I was not able to capture the names of everyone who helped us, but every individual we encountered contributed to making this such a positive experience. In particular, Suzanna was outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, engaged, and provided so much valuable information and reassurance. She answered every question I had with kindness, patience, and understanding, always taking my concerns seriously. Her support with breastfeeding was especially appreciated, and she helped me feel confident in feeding my little one well. Claire, Natalia, and the entire TC team were also excellent throughout our stay. Their warmth, dedication, and support did not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for everything they did for us. The doctors we spoke with were also incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made us feel that we were truly in good hands at all times. We are so grateful for the care we received, and this was genuinely a top experience for both me and my partner. Thank you all for making such a lasting positive difference to the start of our journey with our baby.
