I thought all the staff were lovely but really under pressure. I think communication could have been much better. Also when some of the nurses called out patients names they were not very loud so some older patients could not hear their names. Or if it was in the middle of the night some people had gone to sleep
Suggested improvements
An announcement system would have been good. Also My husband and I arrived at the hospital at 7pm after a days work. At 3am I laid on a blanket on the floor and my husband covered me over with another blanket. We were exhausted. I was in a deep sleep when a nurse woke me up telling me to get up. We were so cold and so tired I do think the chairs could be more comfortable. Thank you for the regular cups of tea and biscuits that helped to keep us warm
