I was taken to Queens hospital by ambulance after suffering chest pains. I was sat in a waiting area and had no communication with anybody in the hospital. After the ambulance crew left nobody spoke to me for ivermectin 2 hours. When I approached the nurse to ask what was happening I was told that I would be having blood test and the have to wait for another 4 hours before seeing a doctor. I refused to wait this long and left as the treatment did I not seem to matter to anyone at the hospital. I will never be coming back there again as the treatment of patients ranks very low amongst the workers there, and I would rather take a chance and not call an ambulance.

Suggested improvements
Communication with incoming patients would help. 1 nurse called the same patient name 4 times over the period of 60minuted for blood test and got no reply but did not call anyone else.
