I cant complain about any aspect of the service. All staff I've dealt with have been kind, compassionate, attentive, welcoming and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of them, day or night. Staff were professional at all times and facilities were always spotlessly clean. Timetables for medicine and routine tasks (meals, bed changes, cleaning etc.) were always adhered to.

Suggested improvements
Buy a decent aerial for the TV. Reception is rubbish.
