Queen Victoria hospital at East Grinstead is known for its expertise for plastic surgery. I live in east Kent and although a bit of a trek to get there the service was impeccable The staff whatever there role were absolutely brilliant empathetic professional and friendly. I could not comprehend not being able to use there services. I have finished 5 years of care following breast cancer and not having the team at east Grinstead available maybe would have been a more difficult journey both financially and psychological

I was extremely impressed with the staff in the hospital, well trained, extremely friendly and helpful, they all looked after me so well. My consultant Ms Hazari was exceptional, I was very lucky to have her as my surgeon along with her staff, who can't say enough good things about her. She is friendly, approachable and a very skilled surgeon

The food was dreadful, I didn’t eat anything but a piece of toast and even that was awful.

I got referred to go here by Darenth Valley for a skin graft and everyone was just so amazingly attentive, happy, reassuring and efficient. 100% would recommend. Only wish they were my Local :)

The staff, facilities and way i was cared for was 100% fantastic. The difference between here and other hospitals is amazing and I felt safe and as happy as could be expected with my recovery. Everyone who worked there made me feel like I wasn’t just a number and that I was respected and well cared for. 4 people to a ward was perfect and I have never had a night sleep as well as I did when I stayed here in June for an operation Thank you to all the amazing staff!

The nurses looking after me following my breast reconstruction surgery were brilliant. They knew exactly what to do, they answered all my questions and they were kind during a very stressful time. The hospital is clean and small and it feels like everyone knows each other and gets along! As there are no emergencies, the staff do not seem so stressed which definitely helps the patients!
