Some nursing staff on the ward I was on were not very pleasant they made you cry, they dismissed your feelings, shouted at my husband. The toilets were filthy and not one bit hygienic,
Some of the HCA's were lovely and showed genuine care, they were very over worked and spoken to in a rude manner at times in front of patients.
The food was horrendous never known food like it in a hospital.
For the work the surgeons do the nursing staff let them down and hinder the recovery process.
