I was an outpatient at Queen Mary's, Roehampton. It is a new hospital so that has advantages immediately. It was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Queen Mary's Hospital is an extremely well-run establishment. So many negative comments are made about the NHS these days, but I cannot fault the care and attention I receive there. More hospitals should look at the way QMH is run and take on board their "secret" of success.

I visit the hospital regularly. Found all staff helpful. Have made many friends there too.

Could not ask for better treatment.Appointment time in Urology was prompt and consultant most pleasant and helpful.

I have always found Queen Mary's to be a very good hospital. Not only for my own care but also when my father used to go there.

I have attended clinics at QMH for a number of years and don't have any real complaints about the overall care.
I do however feel the parking charges are excessive

Overall a very positive experience although the antenatal clinic was running approx 1 hour late.
