Friendly and helpful staff that make you feel really at home reassuring you all the time
The midwives on the ward work really hard. They are extremely caring and attentive the needs of patients and respect individual's opinions.
The downside of this ward, is that it looks after a lot of high risk patients, but does not have the facilities. It is very strange that all the facilities in the midwife led centre are more needed by high risk patients.. I.e privacy, comfortable beds, beds for partners etc.
The staff and doctors where very helpfull I would like to say thank you
The care received from all staff on the ward was impeccable, however we felt let down by the breastfeeding advice. This was a real shame as other than this the level of care and the passion of the staff was wonderful. Due to conflicting advice and pressure to feed our baby we are now feeding formula instead of from the breast
Brilliant staff brilliant care ..thankyou to you all
Very good care . Willcomegain,,,,,,,,,
The ward is vEry clean, the toilet and bathroom facilities could be cleaner and better. Staff was very good and very caring. Could do with facilities within the rooms as toilet was far, specially being in pain.
Frendly
From the time I arrived I found the staff to be very helpful and caring , nothing was to muh trouble and they took. The time to explain everything . In my view the best thing about this ward is the caring team you have working here
Fantastic professionals, very friendly. I am extremely grateful and would recommend the ward!
