Great service , never ever had a problem with my care here
The two ambulance people were absolutely fantastic caring professionals could not be faulted in any way thanks so much to them plus all the staff I met at the hospital were caring efficient and thorough very impressed

Our NHS is without question the best service provider on the planet,I travel a lot ..QEQM is a great place,The Spencer Wing is brilliant, and very relaxing as you recover from surgery..thank you again the whole team...Paul
Staff were caring, attentive professional and cheerful throughout my treatment and stay at this hospital
Thank you
Was supposed to have a brain scan as arranged by my gp and they refused to give me one TWICE!! I have no more to say. Choose death over QEQM as it’s less hassle. All staff look bored and useless
I was looked after wonderfully on Birchington Ward and would like to thank all the staff.
The one hour one visit per day is not enough. Especially when you keep to the rules and see others around you getting away with not.
The nursing staff, HCAs and catering team were lovely and very caring but it was apparent that staffing levels are dreadful especially at weekends. This meant that basic needs were not met i.e help with personal hygiene because the nurse looking after my relative was too busy.
There needs to be better communication between Doctors and the patient and the patients family.
My relatives overall experience at the QEQM was not a good one.
The doctors hide and have tea breaks only seem to appear before shift change over then rush patients through the system I feel sorry for the stressed out nurses who have to spend valuable time trying to find a doctor I've over heard the nurses complaining to each other about this common problem it needs to be address just check your computer system the staff need to stop being so heartless and the good staff are getting burnt out trying to cope
I recently had to go into A&E because I was having heart problems lack of breathing and pain also around the heart area I would like to thank all the people that looked after me and the treatment that I got was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate again to go into A&E and because they were so overworked in there they still treated me with all the respect.thank you from mr m contreras
