My grandmother was supported well throughout her end of life care. The team were very considerate and caring during a difficult few weeks.

Ward 28 what an amazing ward- I have never seen this level of care from any hospital private or nhs. All of the staff were truly amazing and went over and above in caring for my elderly mam after hip replacement. If every ward was like this one what an NHS service we would have

Everyone I had contact with during my stay were very understanding and helpful. This would include the receptionists, cleaners, porters, nurses and doctors, all of which were very helpful.

I underwent knee replacement surgery on 14 December 2023. The staff I met all undertook their role in the most professional manner. The care I had from nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon and ancilliary ward staff was first rate. I was discharged after 1 day following input from the physiotherapists who encouraged me to walk and go up and downstairs. My heartfelt thanks to Mr Singisetti and his team and all on Ward 28.

I've already submitted a review about Ward 10 but also need to mention the psychiatric liaison team who came every day to see me and sorted out alot of problems and issues that i had. In particular Dr Sousa who really helped me get my head around what had happened and how I ended up in hospital. Apparently she had been visiting me from day 1 although I don't remember that. It is such a good service, without them I would have really st5ruggled with my mental health so thankyou to the the whole PLT
