I was treated with great care and respect, the staff are very polite and caring It is not very often The Drs & staff are running a bit late, but each person is treated with great care, remember some patients might need just a little bit more time than others. That patient could possibly be you one day,

I was admitted on a Sunday - the staff were kind and very helpful but there was no Consultant Cardiologist available and the Duty Doctor did not get to the Emergency Ward until after 4.0pm. He was a nice and efficient man but you need more Senior Staff available on weekends.

Hi dad John has been on West Walton ward. After a terrible experience in respite care he has a broken foot His care has been fantastic the staff are absolutely brilliant with him and I can’t thank them enough keep up the good work you’re a brilliant team and thank you again for looking after my dad Julie & Anne

My orthognathic surgery was completed by Mr Williams in august 2020. The whole process ran so smoothly even whilst in a pandemic and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Mr Williams, along with the rest of his team, made me feel at ease through the whole process and I felt in safe hands the whole time. The aftercare has been phenomenal since my operation and therefore I couldn’t fault my experience. A big thank you to Mr Williams and the rest of his team!

Been impressed by speed of tests/results during my diagnosis. Shouldham Ward is excellent. Marham Ward is pretty horrible to be in despite very hard pushed staff trying very hard.

I was referred to the Pain Management. After receiving a phone call from one of the consultant i can say that they do not know how treat patients who suffer CRPS. The consultant hung up the phone and left me speaking alone. Also, she was unfriendly and rude with me. I could even go to jail if i am rude with a consultant, but what happens when the consultant is unfriendly and rude with a patient? A consultant who works for the Pain Management needs to be friendly and shows empathy. I have enough dealing with my pain every day. The Pain Management Unit needs to have consultants who know how speak and treat a person who suffers too much pain every day. Unprofessional staff!!

Most of the bad reviews about any hospital can be put down to lack of staff and money. personally I cannot fault the treatment I received for my cancer. waiting times were sometimes frustrating but this is again down to staffing and money. Dennis Greeno
