I was referred to the Pain Management. After receiving a phone call from one of the consultant i can say that they do not know how treat patients who suffer CRPS. The consultant hung up the phone and left me speaking alone. Also, she was unfriendly and rude with me. I could even go to jail if i am rude with a consultant, but what happens when the consultant is unfriendly and rude with a patient? A consultant who works for the Pain Management needs to be friendly and shows empathy. I have enough dealing with my pain every day. The Pain Management Unit needs to have consultants who know how speak and treat a person who suffers too much pain every day. Unprofessional staff!!
