Maternity triage night staff here are horribly rude, dismissive, should not be in customer facing roles as-well as talk disrespectfully about other staff when they leave after helping them.
Awful hospital and service. I am 39 weeks pregnant being told to be induced by the doctor. When the due date comes in I was told that they don’t have beds and to come over the following day. After some failed intents of natural and mechanical inductions, I was supposed to be moved to the labour ward however same speech, there are no beds and midwives therefore I need to stay in the antenatal ward and wait until one bed is free for 4 days… putting in risk, apart of the tiredness my self and the baby. This is a complete shame of the NHS service.
Thank you for incredible care given to my newly born daughter in 2017. Your staff was considerate, responsive and attentive to our needs.
Once again thank you
The maternity services at queen charlottes have deteriated massively over the years it is now a complete s°°thole. I had my baby there many years ago and at that time couldn't fault the service, however the same can't be said now. A close relative recently had a baby there and after seeing the so called care first hand i couldn't believe how much everything had changed!. The staff are rude, disrespectful, uncaring and in particular one of the receptionists on the delivery suite had to be the most obnoxious, nasty person ever|....what is going on with the cretins who run this place god above knows, the calibre of the staff employed there is dismal. My advice to anyone looking for good maternity services is do yourself a favour and definately give this place a miss.
