The attention to detail was excellent in all areas, however the staff were overrun on a number of occasions which affected overall efficiency, but they rarely let that affect my personal care, they seemed to compensate by covering each other where situations allowed.
I found everyone to be a pleasure on all shifts and thank everyone for making my stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances.
