After a initial delay of 150mins wait to receive IV drug treatments after an operation, (apparently it was the busiest day of the year) I cannot fault the service and care that I received. We all know the health service is vastly under fundunded with communication being a major delay in the process of treatments. Day after day the staff at Portsmouth QA deliver services to the public above and beyond what is asked of their job roles. Thanks to all the kind People who looked after ME - keep up your great work. J Taylor
