The tea rounds and food were good. Healthcare team were friendly. The department were not pro active in providing information updates. Pharmacy rounds took too long. 5 hrs from doctor to prescribing drugs to collecting before discharge. Orthopaedic nurses were not very personable at all. I did not see my surgeon post op, and was unable to read his op report. This should be electronic.
