RECEIVED THE BEST OF CARE IN A&E WHERE THE STANDARD OF CARE & SKILL WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HOWEVER THE CARE AND STANDARD OF TREATMENT IN THIS 4 BED WARD WAS MIXED. STAFF WERE CONSTSNTLY SAYING TO PATIENTS "I WILL GET THERE WHNE L CAN BUT THEWRE ARE ONLY TWO OF US ON AT THE MOMENT" NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR WHEN YOU HAVE SPENT THE DAY IN MAJORS! THE PRESSURE ON THE WARDS IS CLEARLY AFFECTING THE STAFF AND THE TREATMENT THEY PROVIDE THUS MAKING IT FRUSTRATING FOR PATIENTS AND STAFF ALIKE. THIS CAUSES ERRORS; I WAS PRESCRIBED TRAMADOL WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TO, IT WAS WRITTEN ON ALL MY NOTES AND FAILED TO BE SEEN BY THE PHARMACY TEAM. EVEN WORSE I HAD TO WAIT 4 HOURS FOR MY DISCHARGE MEDS AND TOLD THE HOLD UP WAS DUE TO ME HAVING TRAMADOL; THIS COST US £10 WORHT OF PARKING; IT'S REALLY ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH!
