I was seen very promptly after my initial ct scan, and had a stent fitted within days.
Everybody I had and continue to have contact with, have been very helpful, kind and considerate.
Full marks all round.
Suggested improvements
As I am very deaf, had I attended on my own it could have been more of a problem.
not to sure if there is any facility there to help converse with the deaf.
