I have filled in one of these forms after a previous surgery, I said it then and I will say it again, from beginning to end, the whole day was problem free. The staff were very helpful and informative and the nurses in recovery and after care are second to none! I occasionally hear or see complaints about the hospital, and have never understood it myself. I have been under QA's care for the best part of 2 years now and have always been well cared for . You all do an amazing job.
