I attended the audiology clinic at 2.20 pm on 31 January. The appointment had been arranged in a reasonable time and I was seen more or less on time. Throughout I was treated with respect, the audiologist was a good listener and explained things about the procedures as necessary to me. She was particularly good in explaining the results of the test.
