Information at pre-op was not the care, communication was poor.
The health care assistants were brilliant.
I am a nusre in the NHS and could hope that I am more caring than some of the nurses in this ward, very dismissive and cold - not all!

Firstly question I answer is bad because I am a cardiology patient and this ward 4 is for gastro illness so not the best place for me but the staff on this ward are amazing against the odds of over crowding they remain calm compassionate caring and professional led by a good team leader.

Everything has been truly amazing from the minute I came in. Everyone so friendly, helpful and caring. Cannot fault a single thing! My whole experience has been amazing! They made me feel so relaxed and calm and all extremely informative.
