This form hasn't allowed me to put the department I visited today on the 29/03/2016 which was the ENT for which I attend 6 monthly checkups on my ear conditions ,my age is 60 years ,I am a male ,forgive me I've just found the code 5134 at the PRH,I've always considered the PRH an excellent facility to use ,and I for one praise the PRH ENT department ,,or the whole of the PRH ,no complaints from me ,would recomend no qualms ,Most grateful for such an amazing facility,and would support it continuation in Telford ,we waited a long time for the PRH ,would be a grave error if we lost it ,many thanks NHS ,Mr D T Bradley, ps my appointment time was excellent and on time .
I was an outpatient - ENT clinic but there isn't an option for this on the form.
I was seen promptly and staff were friendly.
When I went to see the consultant there were two other people in the room - one of whom collected me from the waiting room. I've no idea who they were or why they were there during my consultation and this was a little off putting.

I was seen earlier than my allotted appointment, the staff were professional, and very friendly which helped allay my nerves.
I think some of the staff are amazing and listen to you, however there are some that seem to judge you and like to take over with the baby.
