I attended Dr Rafid Al-Mahfoudh's clinic before surgery at Brighton. The staff there were really kind and caring during a pre op assessment. I cannot fault Rafid as a surgeon. I have written on Brighton's iWantGreatCare healthcare review website

The administrative staff, the nurses, the physiotherapists, and the catering staff at the Sussex Orthopaedic Treatment Centre- Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath. They all went the extra mile and contributed to the success of the operation well done everyone John Bryant

Absolutely wonderful care. Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble.

The theatre staff, critical care staff and physiotherapist were excellent and caring. The nurses were a great disappointment. Did not like having a spinal patient in an orthopaedic ward. Did not understand English and did not show any empathy towards me. No dignity whatsoever.

The staff was fantastic, professional and yet sympathetic, highly skilled. The facilities was spotless and sterile and I felt secure at being given the best treatment. Thank you

One of the nurses in Medical 2 was extremely rude to my mother who's been at PRH for over a week with an infection. When she asked about her medication she was shouted at by the nurse who said 'there's only three of us and there's 20 of you'. This really upset my mother who would never dream of being rude to anyone.

The service I receive at Out-patients at the PRH is always excellent. From booking in, to seeing my various consultants due to my health condition, the system seems very organised and works well. The PRH is a nice, clean hospital, with excellent facilities and plenty of parking. Also I was an in-patient in October, 2012 at the PRH and was very impressed how the nurses looked after me and how friendly everyone was. The wards were also very clean.

As always, the welcome, care and attention are entirely satisfactory. Jean Nelson
