I would like to thank all the amazing staff that you have on your ward.(11) They work extremely hard under the conditions they are given.
Unfortunately, there is not enough staff to get the job done, and provide the care and attention to detail.......i could sense the frustration in them......
Our government clearly need to do more to support our NHS staff......i only wish i could do more to help.
Please thank everyone for me.....and keep up the good work, and passion you all have is exceptional...
