The day surgery staff, were ALL truly amazing. They work so hard to make us patients comfortable and feel at ease. Some of the most friendly staff I have met. I have worked in Oncology myself for the past 17 years, and this ward was truly exceptional. Thank you all.

Every person who I had contact with from my consultant to the person who served me with a cup of tea was fantastic .he health professionals I had contact with were so kind, caring and good at what they do, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience, despite my actual diagnosis.

The staff of The Breast Clinic here cannot be faulted, I felt cared for, listened to and respected and that’s all you can ask for. Thank you very much indeed.

I have often had to visit the breast cancer unit at The Princess Anne Hospital and every time I have been treated by all staff with care and consideration. No-one has made me feel I am wasting their time, no-one has made me feel rushed. Everyone has listened and has answered any questions I may have. The biopsy procedure was carried out very efficiently and painlessly with everyone keeping me calm and relaxed. Thank you very much for your work especially throughout these past few years.

I was a patient at the DSU where they have excellent service. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience in Bradshaw ward where I was not treated very well. I stayed overnight post op and being a nurse myself I understand how difficult night shift is esp with a full bed capacity at that time I was there but it is not an excuse to not fulfill your duties and responsibilities as a healthcare worker... I know how to work under pressure but I make sure the patients care and safety is the priority. And I was so disappointed and I experienced the lack of care of people who were taking care of me.

I was diagnosed with cancer and everything went really fast. I gad the best care ever and was treated with a lot of dignity. My breast care nurse and oncology surgeon were always ready to help and made me feel comfortable. They also made sure my mental health was stable. I am very grateful and feel good despite the life changing surgery. I highly recommend

From the Reception staff, through to the breast care nurses, radiologists and Consultants, all the staff were gentle, caring, informative, thoroughly professional and totally approachable. I fail to see what improvements could be made!

Reception staff, nurses and doctors I encountered have been exceptional during multiple recent visits for breast cancer investigations and treatments. As I entered the hospital on the day of surgery and needed directions a very cheerful porter took time to assist, kicking off the important day with great positivity! After that the flow of kind a helpful staff was unrelenting, right up to the time I walked out to go home. Thank you and well done to you all. You are much appreciated!

Awful hospital, firstly the parking situation is a nightmare, often queuing on the main road outside the hospital. The staff & clinicians did not seem to grasp the seriousness of my condition and did not listen to me. I would never return to this hospital.
