I was assessed in less than 30 minutes of my arrival and examined by a practitioner with in 50 minutes. My total time in the centre was no more that 75 minutes. The staff were considerate at all times. They provide a very professional service. First Rate. Many Thanks.

I had never attended the Monks Road 'Walk-in' Centre before. However, I found the nurses to be absolutely brilliant. They were extremely professional, first triaging my case and then passing this onto the most appropriate clinician. They listened carefully, they responded appropriately and provided timely care. Excellent. If only GP surgeries were able to provide such immediate and appropriate support!
