Got referred here for a CT scan. The man who carried out the scan was cold distracted and lacking in any kind of empathy. I felt dismissed frankly and was left to sit in the waiting room afterwards for someone to come and remove the canula in my arm. I waited for half an hour before asking someone if they could get get someone to take it out. I then waited another 15 minutes before leaving and asking a nurse in the corridor if she could take it out. She waved me in the direction of A&E. Hope I never have to go there again.
