Was a reasonable assessment, can't really say much more. Looking forward to the next step.
[name removed] was really good and I was able to make great progress, so much so that with the coping skills I’ve been able to reduce my medication
Overall I felt the assessment was good. However in the final analysis and selection of appropriate treatment, with hindsight I’m not terribly happy about being steered towards CBT.
I have received CBT before in a group environment and did not find it useful at all to be honest. I am prepared to try it again in a one to one format, but would much prefer to be receiving one to one counselling as I feel there are elements of my current condition that probably won’t be helped at all by CBT.
Did not get the initial email so appointment took longer. This was due to spelling my name wrong in the email.
I was removed from the service, before I could access my 6 talking therapy sessions, these sessions were important to be to look at the root cause of my anxiety, so I could come off meds.
[name removed] made me feel I could open up about my life. She was very supportive.
Clear talking, helped me understand everything
[name removed] made me feel at ease, she listened. I felt she was really helping me. It took me a long time to open up. I felt i could do with more sessions
