The staff care for everyone not just the patient. They all take time to talk to you. The staff are caring, happy and supportive. They are doing what they came into the profession to do nurse and care for people.

Caring, kind and helpful at all times opportunity to have relaxing treatments for mental well being, soothing everyday stress of being unwell. Good support network i.e social worker, counsellor easily accessible to help with paperwork etc. Everyone working for pilgrims gives 100%. To its patients and nothing is too much, I especially enjoy the extra activities like singing, pottery yoga. I cannot think of anything Ashford pilgrims needs to improve other than easier access to contact the day care centre by phone.

This is a truly excellent facility.
The staff and volunteers are truly wonderful!
A peaceful oasis for care at the end of a person's life! Well done!

I have had amazing support and have been treated with the uproar care and help at a time in my life when I have as well as physically been in a very dark place mentally.
Today I feel much more positive and able to face any future problems I may have.
