The food is excellent, the main meals are delicious. I enjoyed the roasts and you can tell the food is home-made and care has been put into it. The catering staff are friendly and are happy to try to make what you want. As a visitor/carer, it is wonderful to have a lovely meal without any effort on my part! Special thanks to Wendy and Bobby who go above and beyond - the veg is always cooked to perfection.

Received fantastic care from the start from everyone. All the staff are friendly and kind and made me feel important. They made me feel calm and supported and managed to get my pain under control within a couple of days. They really got to know me and nothing was too much trouble.

The domestic staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful. They are respectful and professional, cleaning the rooms without disruption, they are quietly cleaning; everywhere is clean and fresh and tidy. They do a brilliant job.

All the staff I dealt with were so kind and caring. I spent most of my time with Anna, Acupuncturist, who not only provided a first-class treatment, but was also so kind and caring.

I (we) cant thank your staff enough for what they have been doing to support & care for my mother. The Red Cross staff (ambulance) were amazing & treated mums lack of mobility with such respect & care. It was so very kind of 'Caroline' to call this morning to let me know that mum was awake so we could see her & talk with her, as this has not been possible this last few days. Thank you also to catering staff who have kept our strength up with tasty food :)
