It was extremely busy in A/E waiting area but only had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. Dave Wellington apologized for the wait and inconvenience. (Was not a long wait).
Dave and the rest were very polite.
He listened to me and my worries He fully explained what is the best treatment and after care plan.
Well done to everyone for an excellent service.
NRG- no children's are in A/E.

Very good and prompt service.
Deila the clinician was thorougher, explained it very well and treated my sickness.
All staff I met were extremely welcoming.

Very happy with the treatment I received with Ooh Boston.
All the staff were polite and professional. I only had to wait 10 minutes in the waiting area before I was seen. Dale the ecp introduced himself was thoughtful and listened to my problems. You all should be very proud in the service you provide.

Did not have to wait.
More than 10 minutes before I was seen.
An out staff looked happy and enjoying than weak.
They all treated me with dignity and respect.
Reg- could do with coffee and tea and biscuits.

Welcoming staff.
All your staff were politely.
They made me feel that I wasn't a pain and my illness was oral.
