I came to a&e following a RTC- extremely rude HCA with shaven head she was so rude and so was the doctor did not offer me any pain relief when I asked her how long the wait is she shouted back and said how long is a piece of string shocking service from this rude HCA. The doctor on duty she was also very rude and told me to self discharge myself if I wasn’t well to sit it wasn’t being well to sit but where is the sympathy here I was involved in a collision I was shaken up and to recieve this service absolutly disgusting will be reporting this matter to CQC also.
The only comment I have is that I asked the nurse if my husband who is a consultant in the hospital to attend the procedure with me but he refused and when I was in I realised that there was no female in the room only the doctor and the nurse who were both males, which I think in the hospital policy is not accepted and there must be a female stuff attending with a female patient. But any other things were perfect.
From start to finish Peterborough City Hospital was wonderful. Each member of staff that cared for me did so with kindness and compassion.I have never felt that in any hospital before. They are truly doing their very best and it shows. May I mention some names?Mrs.O'Sullivan,Kevin,Mathew England,Florence,Amber,Antoinette,Grace,Helouise,Carrey,Will,Ingrid,Joey,Nand,Jessica,Stefan,Ben,Oscar, please forgive me for any omissions. They are a fantastic team .We are so lucky to have them in Peterborough.
Every time i have visited with family members there are issues i have with them .
Lovely clean and very up to date
The nursing staff in the treatment unit at HH were excellent
I haven’t had my surgery yet .But what I can say is that I have met Dr Kamath and Dr Carmichael and both were absolutely wonderful. I have ptsd and find everything it hard to understand everything and both were easy to understand and made me feel at ease.
I can honestly say I have no worries with either of them and feel 100% confident in both. They are a credit to our struggling NHS and we are lucky enough to have them both.

On Monday 21st November l had a Barium meal X-Ray. The staff were excellent in describing what was about to take place and their care and attention to myself.
Those took place at Peterborough City Hospital. Top marks to the staff that looked
after me. The radiographer was a Mrs Rachel Bolton
