I have attended the Eye Clinic at the City Hospital for many years past and, with only very minor exceptions, I have been very impressed both with the standard of care and with the level of respect shown towards patients.
There can be lengthy waits at times for eye examinations, so perhaps there could be changes made to the system to call patients in for attendance in smaller groups. However, I cannot be sure of the feasibility of this suggestion.
