Pleased that my dignity was respected at all times by an assistant nurse. The procedure was well staffed and carried out quickly and painlessly. I had been anxious and was told in advance that I could take diazepam. The injection into my hip was through the groin area. This was a surprise ad I had presumed that I would lie on my side . however on thinking about it .... It does make sense that the hip has to be open and flat. Good work by this Doctor yesterday. I was so relieved by the instant reduction in pain. However it has come back temporarily this morning. Hope it will get better within the week as expected.
