The staff were always polite, courteous yet friendly and helpful. They all showed great competence and despite the number of patients they have to deal with many of whom are of difference race and ethnicity based on my observations they treated everyone on equal terms with a lot of patience and sympathy. The only two areas I would highlight for improvement are - the patience release time which took a long time after my operation in the waiting room. Given that I was told to ensure my foot was elevated the time I spent in the waiting room caused a lot of discomfort and eventually i was given a bed when one was available to help with keeping my foot elevated. - Car parking is a problem given how busy the hospital gets and on most occasions cars have to park on curbs and double yellow lines.
