Seen by triage nurse quickly, but long wait until seen by doctor.
Updated waiting times might have been useful, also more reading material and healthier snacks in the vending machine.

Patient treated quickly (was in pain) with catheter problem and procedure successfully carried out to remove catheter.
Appeared to be a lack of understanding of a dementia patient - left on his own - unable to use call bell. Patient needed to have fluids regularly but no one came - I had (wife) to ask and have thickener provided. Supper time only successful because I know he needed pureed food and could give accordingly.
