Everything and everyone was great but the only reason for 1 of my scores to be 3 stars was because after I left A&E I was told I would be contacted in a couple of days for a date of my surgery but I had to chase each day as I had no contact. I really appreciate the care I had and this is just a small comment. I was in a lot of pain and thought I was forgotten. A call to say we are still trying to book you in would have been reassuring but as I say excellent care throughout
