I had fallen and hurt my ankle so I called 111 who booked me an appointment at urgent care in Tunbridge wells. I arrived and my information form had already been completed which I just needed to hand in, I had only been waiting for 10 minutes and I was triaged and heading down for an XRAY. I had arrived, had an xray, spoken to a Dr, was given some physio exercises, the results of my xray and was leaving the hospital within 45 minutes. Everyone was really lovely and empathetic. The only reason I gave a 4 is because as I arrived there was some security with wheelchairs and they parked it up next to me and I did think they could have offered it to at least get me to the waiting room when they saw me hobbling along.
