All staff; Nurses and Doctors, where helpful, attentive and treated me with respect.
Before and after the procedure the Doctor came and took time to explain what I was undergoing and the results which was much appreciated.
"Involved with decisions". Many decisions where out of my hands and even if consulted I would not have been in a position to make an informed decision. No problem.
Due to the nature of a very busy department its not always possible to keep everyone up to speed - but that is expected - no problem.
