My Mother was treated by the team at Pembridge but sadly passed away, the nurses and all involved from start to finish were so very kind and caring - not just to my Mum, but to the family. In my opinion they went above and beyond the care of duty and without their support Mum could never have passed away peacefully at home - this meant so much to us the family and I know to her when she was alive. Thank you ALL so much for the help and consideration you gave us all at this very sad time. Mum was treated with care and dignity and had full control over the drugs she was given, the friendliness and kindness of the staff (especially Anita) will be something we will never forget - Thank you all so much
The hospice was amazing to my mother in law when she was in the final stages of cancer. The dignity shown to the patients, the privacy of the rooms and the little touches like putting rose on her dinner tray gave us all great comfort.
Thank you.
No proper patient handover notes between shift changes and the staff rude including the senior nurse Ms Sarby. Lacking in communication with family too.
